Feeling a bit duped. My experience was not at all what I expected at this price point. First, the positive is that I was going for a very specific aesthetic, which I did get. Also, the staff was really nice and helpful. But the furniture I ordered was completely fake wood, and I just did not expect that or even think to ask. The description was misleading online. Love that this store is here but WHY ARE THEY PUMPING THIS PLACE FULL OF FRAGRANCE? I’m a designer and I’m allergic to fragrance. The smell was so strong and I could not be in there more than 10 mins. They must be putting it into the HVAC system it was so strong. Why are you guys doing this??? Please stop. I used to love coming here and now I can’t source things for my clients in person there anymore.
