I was in an emergency situation when my chairlift (up 17 stairs) stopped working. I called a competitor and was told they would not be out for 5 days. I was having serious breathing issues and a dog with a torn ACL who needed to be carried up and down stairs. Thank you, Joe, for my new wheelchair lift and for making the installation a fun event. You were so patient with all my questions and provided informed answers which gave me assurance. Your installation was quick and efficient, and the whole process was major entertainment because of your fun personality.
