Customer service technician John spoke foul language when called to ask if he can repair my stair lift. I Do Not Recommend them !! He was Very unprofessional.
I want to give a BIG shoutout to the All Mobility Store in (was Delmar, MD, now Laurel, DE). My inlaws are old, infirm, and a sizeable distance from my home or the store. I was told that their scooter was broken, not once but twice, and enlisted to take the scooter back to the store, making a 90 mile triangular, and another 110 mile circuit twice for them. There was a quick turnaround to get a chair in for my husband to try - a perfect fit and was delivered to our home as scheduled. My husband is now getting the critical lumbar support that's been missing from commercial recliners. Excellent customer service from Amanda and Scott!
We were vacationing in Bethany Beach, Delaware when our Braun wheelchair lift stopped working. Not getting power; only worked manually. I googled Braun Service Centers, found All Mobility in Delmar, Maryland and spoke with Scott the Manager. Even though it was a Friday and he had other work going on he said to bring it by and they’d work us in. Scott and Chris, the “lift whisperer”, checked it over and located a wire that had been grounding out and causing the lift problem. In about 30 minutes Chris had the problem located, ... read more
