Our house was a dust factory before. I had to dust every 2 days. It's been 3 weeks since they cleaned our ducts and I have barely dusted once. The amount of dust they removed was unbelievable. If you have a dusty home, call them immediately!
They've cleaned ducts in my first home in 2018 and my new home in 2024. Different crews, same checklist: booties, drop cloths, camera video, airflow readings, no mess. They keep records so they knew my new layout. Consistent quality across 6 years is unheard of in home services. That's why I don't get other bids. When you find the best, you stay.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly cared about doing the job right. They completed the work on schedule, and the improvement in air circulation is easy to notice.
Our furnace would turn on for 3 minutes, then off, then on again. The repair guy said it was “short-cycling” from poor airflow. He said to clean the ducts before he replaced parts. The cleaning crew found both returns were caked with dust and one was covered by a rug. After cleaning, the furnace runs 10 minutes and rests 20 minutes like normal. No parts needed. The repair guy was honest and the duct crew saved us. Air flow is everything.
Excellent work by a fantastic team. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure every vent was cleaned thoroughly. The air in my home feels much fresher, and I’ll definitely use this company again.
