I called to try to get guidance for a project but they are not willing to help, the person that I talked to told me "Check with an expert on coatings and comeback to tell us what to do" Most Coting places have an expert willing to guide the clients.
Poor customer service.
I took 20 small steel gears here to be Zinc Phosphate coated and was told, "Not interested. We are NADCAP certified - we do Aerospace parts." You know who else is NADCAP certified and treats all customers with respect? ALLBLACK Co. in Santa Fe Springs. If you're not coating 787 landing gear (or even if you are), I would avoid this place. Absolutely heinous customer service.
All Metals Processing was extremely accommodating and did great work on the last minute work we had requested. I highly recommend their services and quality of work. Speak to Robert!
