We ordered a Wheel chair from this provider for a 90 year old woman with dementia prescribed by her physician He asked for additional money $73.oo before AARP insurance and Medicare payments were received. He insisted that my wife sign papers? We CANCELLED the order and yet he persisted in trying to get money from and Medicare and AARP. AARP has contacted him for a refund.
