receptionists are rude and incompetent. also wait times can be over 45 mins even with bookings
Good medical service
Dr Pagoda is an amazing general practitioner. She is comprehensive in her approach and highly patient oriented. Her gentle and empathetic manner is highly appreciated.
The receptions are cold and abrupt both on phone and in person. We have been visiting All medical for 27 years but All medical do not extend us courtesy for being loyal long standing customers. We go on time for our appointments but most of the time kept waiting for more than 40 mins. The staff and doctors don't have the courtesy to apologise for keeping us waiting. We feel we get treated like a number at ALL MEDICAL
