I am very fortunate to have chanced upon this great medical team. George, Emma, Maureen and Lucy have been very supportive throughout the entire time I spent under their care and practice. They are a very good team that I recommend, especially for workcover matters. I am thankful for their ongoing efforts to ensure I am advocated for and supported. I appreciate it all, thank you team.

I had an appointment booked which I needed to cancel however, I was unable to contact the clinic as I couldn’t get through after multiple attempts. The receptionist then proceeded to call me finally at 2pm, my appointment was booked at 9:40am, and leave the following message I a very nasty tone: “You had an appointment to see Dr. Lucy Goo today, at all medical. I've inactivated you, so you can't come to the surgery again. So don't book. Thank you.” Disgusting service and very disappointing.

Well organised reception. Drs are reliable, been going there for over 20yrs now. But as the Drs age, less availability so new Drs come in. Good for basic needs, doesn't have time to investigate illnesses.

receptionists are rude and incompetent. also wait times can be over 45 mins even with bookings
