I had a bad experience with another mechanic recently and booked here in a bit of a rush. Luckily, I managed to get a pink slip appointment quickly. All the staff were friendly, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was especially helpful — really appreciated that. Once the pink slip was done, they let me know the car was in good condition overall. No overcharging, no pushy upselling on unnecessary repairs — just an honest mechanic. Highly recommend!

The guys here worked to repair my wheel bearing, but couldn't do the job to no fault of their own (part of the vehicle has rusted to the point where their 30tonne press couldn't uncouple the pieces, so I've had to search out a mechanic with a stronger press). So old mate Michael didn't charge me at all for the 2 hours work pulling it apart and putting it back together, even though thanks to him I then knew what the problem was. Genuine guy who empathises with other people's tough vehicle situations.
