Mannnnn, someone told me about THIS guy who makes some of the best ribs and smoked meats. They said he smoked meats and bbq 'd some ribs for their family reunion and everyone was impressed. Our father passed and ribs were one of he's favorite meats and I wanted to ensure that in his memory everyone could enjoy a nice juicy tender rib bone(s).
