Cancelled my warranty repair for my kitchen appliance and waited until it was out of first year repair labor cost. Told the Manufacturer that I cancelled the repair (Yeah,right). I have to refile warranty claim, and now the labor costs are NOT covered. I feel they did this on purpose, so I hired a reputable appliance repair company and paid for it myself.
awful place to have repair your fridge. ******** only allows them to come work on your fridge in this area if under warranty. Not only have they been trying to fix my fridge for 7 months but each repair man comes up with a new issue that is wrong. they have come out 5 different times and still cant fix it. I understand that the owner if from Mississippi so they are slow but this unacceptable. We make great efforts to social distance in the office so that there is no risk to techs or customers. Natharan I had a water valve replaced on my ***** X L washer ( ****** ) . I spent $360.00 total ; afterwards another part in the panel began to leak water . The repairman came back out and told me it would cost about two hundred for that part and if I replace it the water may damage the motherboard and it may need replacing . So now I am stuck with a water leaking washer . I have to now pay someone to remove it and take it where ?
Josh made adjustment on my ********* refrigerator ice maker to correct ice buildup under in-door ice bin. He was punctual informative professional and polite. I would use again and Highly recommend All Major Appliance.
My under-counter ********** ice-maker stopped making ice after I ran it through a cleaning cycle. After trying all of the ******* "fixes", I contacted ********** on-line to schedule a service visit. (I would NOT recommend going through the ********** site. They unilaterally cancelled my service appointment, and were unreachable by phone.)
