My husband scheduled a service with Pat to repair our refrigerator. We were told that we had to wait a week for the next opening. My husband calls the day of the scheduled service to get a ETA and Pat only then asks for the model number of our refrigerator and tells us they don’t service that model. No apology for lack of due diligence or care.
Scheduled a service with All Major Appliance through my Home Warranty. This was scheduled a week in advance and they waited until the day of the service to ask for my fridge model number only to tell me that they don’t service it
This company is polite, professional, efficient and better priced than other repair services or big box stores. They've repaired several of our aging appliances, and we've been completely happy with their work every time. From now on, I will only call this company.
