John was booked for a Monday job, delivery windows 10-2. We had agreed previous week I would call him at 9 with more precise timing. He confirmed to me I was on the schedule. Monday rolls around, he does not answer his phone, voicemail full. I called every 10 minutes all morning. Dispatcher had to send the truck back to the depot. Seemed like a nice guy on the phone, and his price was competitive, but he was incommunicado and ghosted the job.
John and his son were a pleasure to work with customer service great prices and John went the extra mile for us. I trust and recommend to anyone that need storage or deliver or move machines

Great! He loaded my small CnC onto a flat bed shipper for me. John is busy and hard to catch during the day, but worth the wait. He arrived early and got it done quick and safe. He even charged less than he quoted. Beat the other competitors by a mile. Call John , not the big company down the street.
