My partner and I were pulling an RV thru Minneapolis, and stopped here to get a sway bar attached. Not only did they do it for an incredibly reasonable price, they were experts, very open about their logic plan of action, and took the time to explain the process to us laymen! If I had any towing/RV/etc issue anywhere in Minnesota, I would go here. Worst service I've ever seen. Totally incompetent. Was told I need to bring it in there to receive a quote. I Brought my trailer in and the owner himself quoted me 300 and I agreed then, Called me 2 weeks later to say he didn't wanna do it because it wasn't a big enough job for the company was what a boiled down. Then I told him I ordered a bunch of equipment for the trailer after he said he could fix it So he responded by saying I'll get you a better quote. Two weeks later a 2500 quote.....wtf. Rented a horse trailer from All Mac and they were super nice and helpful. Great experience. They let me use their hitch as well. Definitely will be back if I need to rent a trailer again, or buy one.
Last week was the 2nd time I have used All Mac for repairs/ help with my Sprinter van. Every employee at this shop went above and beyond and were very helpful. I needed a 2nd battery put into my “solar panel system” as well as my CDH (Chinese Diesel Heater) that heats the interior of the van when I am camping. Kirk was not just a master of innovation, but also very tidy and cautious of where things went in regard to the heater not being too close to plastic etc. I will recommend this shop 100% for your camper/Sprinter/traile... read more
Owner is a great communicator and has been my trailer guy for 17 years. Staff is attentive and friendly, the shop has a professional atmosphere and offers consistently superior service along with peace of mind when I haul. My precious Pasture Puff and I really appreciate the crew at All Mac!
