Pretty disappointed with the response I have been receiving these past few months. I switched over to a different agency/carrier for commercial insurance in May of this year because I got a quote that was cheaper compared to all lines. Used All Lines for several years with multiple business policies. When I was audited by the carrier, they completely abandoned me. I was underinsured, and I take responsibility for a good portion of that. However, instead of working with me to correct my coverage and explain how audits work, they just forwarded the giant bill.
