I wonder if the person commenting requested the correct unit? If there was a second trip involved to return a wrong speced unit & bring out the right one, I'd charge you for it, too!
Do not use this company!! We used them to help us with a job and they showed with the wrong equipment when they had to go back for the correct equipment they tried to charge us an additional $500. We refused to pay and they sent a collection agency after us. If you are looking for a lift, please help yourself and look some place else.
