I thought Stephanies coaching was great and made me feel welcomed on my first day. I was hitting a wall during the WOD and she really pushed me (in a positive way) to get through the workout and was supportive the entire time!
All level is an amazing gym and Zach is such a great coach! I’m visiting from Australia and wanted a good workout, and boy did I get one! My favourite part about this gym is how inclusive and supportive it is. Whether you are a beginner or top athlete you’re going to fit right in. The workouts are challenging but it is so nice to be cheered on by coaches and other members. My wife, sister and I were in town for the holidays last month and dropped in for a Workout of the Day. Lexi and our workout mates were all very welcoming and encouraging as we got into the rhythm of the program. It was a great antidote to our holiday eating :) We're keen to drop in again next time in the Windsor area.
