This crossfit does alot of fun activites such as prom night, bingo nights and win prices 😁. I love the EMOM and hybrid classes. This box is very welcoming and supportive. I LOVE this crossfit! I been to two other crossfit and there is nothing compared to all kine crossfit. They have awesome hours that works for everyone. I feel welcome and not intimidated. All Kine community & fitness is AWESOME! I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone, from the advanced athlete to someone wanting to begin a fitness routine. The coaches are great and AllKine has only gotten better since it opened 3 years ago!
