Mark and Rose came out to our site in a very reasonable amount of time and did what we needed done for a reasonable price. We had two separate issues and they had the parts and expertise to get the job done. We can now enjoy the rest of our vacation!
They came right over with a new AC unit when mine completely died and it was 100 degrees inside!!! It was at the end of the day and they missed happy hour because they were awesome enough to save my day! I live full time in my RV so I did not have anywhere else to go other than a hotel. Mark totally knew what he was doing and got it changed out quickly and painlessly. Bonus, they were really nice and great to deal with. THANK YOU!!!
Rose and Mark were exceptional! They promptly came to repair 2 of our AC units. They were so proficient, respectful, and extremely courteous. We would recommend their business to anyone seeking AC repair when staying in the Keys.
