John provided outstanding service, fixing my friend's Subaru in just one day. His expertise in Subaru repairs was evident, and he quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. John's communication throughout the process was clear and transparent, making the experience hassle-free. I highly recommend John for his fast and excellent service in getting the car back on the road swiftly.
John is knowledgeable and helpful. Very low-key shop without unnecessary bells and whistles. No diagnostic fees. He was happy to show old parts. Did try to sell a bunch of extra unneeded fixes.
Paul is the only mechanic in the world I'll trust my vehicles with. Dudes been a mechanic since he pulled his diapers off with a wrench.
John was a true lifesaver for me! My car desperately needed a new coil and John was able to get a new one in my car right away. He was quick, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I brought my car in on December 26th for repair since it wasn’t running. After nearly a month a new parts, misdiagnosis, and waiting. I was told John would not be able to fix my car. I completely understand that. Sometimes it’s not in the cards. But waiting over a month for for any diagnosis is unacceptable. Its February 7th and I had to tow my car somewhere else since it’s still not running. I appreciate that John only charged me for the new parts and not the labor.
