This is the best company. I found joe and his crew online while searching for the best contractor. I wanted to make sure I hire the right person for the job and they happen to do it all. The owner Joe & his team were extremely professional. I am very happy I chose this company. They are punctual , they know what they are doing, and they were able to help me with absolutely everything I needed. Joe communicated in detail everything’s needed prior to starting the work. He removed and replaced all flooring. Renovated my bathroom. (I have received multiple compliments on how beautiful the bathroom looks.) Bad experience. Owner Joe Vella does not respond to issues after work is done. He claims to provide a "guarantee" for workmanship but refused to fix some issues that remained after work was completed. Installed a new roof, less than two years later roof has a leak that is 100% due to install error. Joe could not be less helpful and shirked responsibility. Very Disappointing.
Joe helped us with a small project in Westhampton Beach. We needed help repairing a door that broke the day before renter's arrived. He called us back within the hour, came the next day, thoroughly fixed the problem, and texted pictures when he was done. It's difficult to find an exceptional contractor during the high season and I'm thrilled that we found someone experienced and reliable. We will definitely be calling Joe again.
