Disrespectful employees, I call in to confirm if my preauthorization was submitted after confirming with doctor and pharmacy it is necessary. Authorization representative from this office informed me it will take a week, and I can’t talk to the doctor because I’m not the only patient. Reiterated multiple times doctor let me know I can come in for samples if it goes past two days of process.
Horrible service from insurance department and when you get scheduled for a specific test and you go in person no one knows what you’re there for.
Sadly, the reason for this poor review is the way I was treated by one of the Spanish-speaking receptionists. I attempted to cancel an appointment and left a voicemail message. To my surprise, I later discovered that the appointment had never been canceled. Ironically, it was this same receptionist who previously advised me to leave a voicemail because of issues I had experienced trying to reach the office by phone. On a prior occasion, I was placed on hold for over an hour before finally being able to cancel my appointment.... read more
The office staff was excellent, very helpful throughout the process. The doctor gave detailed information before and after the procedure.
