The woman Kim who answered the phone was extremely nasty, obnoxious and condescending. Customer Service was awful. I couldn’t maintain a normal conversation with her and I ended the call because she was not helpful at all. I had a very negative experience and would never hire All Island based on the poor attitude and lack of empathy received from Kim. She was not able to answer simple straightforward inquiries. I had my elevator installed by All Island ElevatorCo. A few years ago , the service them was impeccable, form sales to install , Quick, Knowledgeable, clean , respectful of my home very professional. The service was great. I recently had service and maintenance done to my elevator , the service was outstanding ,the whole team is great i highly recommends All Island Elevators , to anyone thinking of installing an elevator !!! Beware of All Island Elevator for Stiltz Lift installs. We had a Stiltz Lift installed in our home. Had multiple service calls to address many issues. Issues included getting locked in the lift multiple times, lift rocking, weight limit not functioning, cord caught in track and ripped out of wall, etc. For us the greatest concern was getting locked in the lift - we were fearful of using it and felt we absolutely could not use it if alone at home. Great company! The owners are out on every install and service call. John is a seasoned elevator mechanic and elevator installer with many years of experience. And his son Joseph is following in his footsteps, also has several years in the business. Glad I used them and recommend them to many satisfied customers!
I used All Island to install a 3 floor elevator in February and it was professionally installed and beyond my expectations. The owner and crew were top notch and friendly. I would recommend using them for any elevator installation or repairs.
