The owner/director is incredibly gifted and what he does! The gym is great and everyone is so welcoming. The workouts are tough, but not impossible. 5 stars!

All Inspired is the college sports equivalent experience for working adults and you have to give it a try! All Inspired is by far one of the best gyms in Houston. If you’re looking for a place that challenges you, supports you, and truly understands your fitness journey, this is it. The trainers are knowledgeable, intentional, and always aware of your limitations, past injuries, or areas of concern.
