I found this place from one of my clients before she left, she highly recommended this gym. I started training with Dama in April of this year and this place has inspired me to get back on a routine of working out. Different seasons of life, we prioritize different things. It helps that the community and energy is always great here. All of the coaches are friendly here, I would recommend this gym to any friends or clients of mine who are looking for either group classes or personal training.
