I booked my appointment for the same day because I wanted to take advantage of my day off. The front desk staff, the medical assistant and Dr Grace Velez NP were very knowledgeable, pleasant and made me feel really comfortable expressing my needs. Very happy I was able to get my care done. For my follow up appointment I needed an ultrasound, tech was not available. Dr Rodriguez went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed done the same day. Thank you to all for amazing customer service
