Caregiver was late all but once in 9 days. Stayed on her phone 90% of the time. The last day she called to say she was going to be late while she had been pulled over. Her license had been suspended 5 months ago! She was still going to come, I told her to go home! I was told twice she was going to be replaced during all of this and once she was going to be terminated. I would never recommend this company.
Wonderful staff. I needed last minute care for my mother, and the agency was able to send me a cna asap. They are the best in town. Thank you
