Avoid this place — feels like a bait-and-switch operation. They advertise climate control, but only part of Building 2000 actually has working AC. The rest is hot, and you can feel the temperature difference just walking through. After about 4 months, they raised our rent by roughly $100 with no real explanation. There are no trash cans anywhere on the property, and the only bathroom is inside the office — which is locked unless a staff member happens to be there. Clean unit, helpful staff, ease of access
Luann was very helpful and nice.
The facility itself is just fine! But expect them to jack up the rent (SIGNIFICANTLY) almost monthly!!!! I started in October at $29. It’s July and they’re charging me $71. . I called to tell them I am wishing to move to another unit for the low price again, and they told me that I still have to pay the $71 since it’s July 1st! HORRIBLE CROOKED DIRTY way to do business!
