Initially, I was quite happy with my experience at public Storage at 5714 West Market St., Greensboro. The units were fairly clean, had a light, and provided Bluetooth gate access. However, after 4 months, they have now levied a nearly 85% rent increase from $87 to $160. I spoke with customer service and the property manager who both were immediately "denied" their request to adjust my rate.
