James and his crew did good work overall. He completed two projects for me — repairing a dropped ceiling with water damage and replacing my toilet pump — and he kept in contact throughout both jobs, which I appreciated. The main issue I had was with time management. We originally agreed to start on a Thursday at 5 p.m. for a quick job that was supposed to take a couple of hours.
