John Portela was our wonderful officiant for a wedding at the State of Maine Room in Portland City Hall. He was attentive and detail-oriented in the planning process, thoughtfully checking in to make sure we were confident in and satisfied with the ceremony. Connie and everyone on her team were absolutely amazing! They listened to all of my requests and made them happen and were there to answer any questions that i had. i’m so glad that i found them and wouldn’t have wanted to plan our elopement with anyone else, they treat you just like family.
