Marvin Porter is rude and unprofessional. He jokes too much. He joked about my problems in front of me. He acted like he didn't know who I was at times and often forgot my scheduled appointments. When I was here for therapy at my scheduled appointments, he acted like I was a burden and had other plans. I also found out he shares my situations with other patients, but he didn't use my name. Dr potted is amazing and has great customer service I would definitely recommend any friends or family members to come to take any type of classes here well worth your money and time

Just called to inquire on the BIP program ... I simply asked the times of the classes and the fees. The lady on the phone is very rude and more of a challenge than a pleasure to speak to!! I was addressed as "honey" in a very offensive tone and was denied any information. Maybe she's part of the program because I guarantee if you can deal with her for 26 weeks without losing your composure, you can handle anything!

This is a place i recommend trish has a nasy mouth she talk nasty to people she just has a nasty mouth and talk to people crazy but other wise Dr porter is good
