Working with these people was the worst financial decision I ever made, they were fast to charge us $1500 to have my husband credit repaired in "3 months", those 3 months turned in 2 years of us having to call them to get the job done and I don't even know if anything was done at all. They also made mistakes on our 2020 and 2021 taxes...what else could go wrong with them?
Fair warning, DO NOT DO TAXES WITH THIS COMPANY! I was a loyal customer for 4-5 years. Collins messed me and my wife’s last tax returns up, now we owe almost 5,000 in taxes to the IRS.And when the situation was brough to light they actually emailed us falsified documents to send to the IRS! And I have proof of it all. They will do absolutely nothing about it no matter how hard I tried. Talked to MR Collins himself several times about it, he was so rude and disrespectful about the situation and refused to do anything about it... read more
Collins Financial Group got my husband and I back the maximum amount on our tax return!
I had to get fingerprints done for my certification, and was pleased because there was practically no wait especially that I was a walk-in. Maya was extremely funny and had great customer service. Also, the music kept the energy lively and personally didn’t take away from the professional atmosphere. If you need fingerprinting or other services offered I definitely say go there!
