Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The whole family trusts them with ALL our electronics. They saved my daughter's laptop twice now, for separate issues of course. Reasonably priced for the excellent service they provide.
Brought my ps5 in that was shutting off and overheating. Eduardo got the job done and then some. He walked me through the process and took his time to make sure that it was done right. I’m incredibly satisfied with my service and will return if I have anything else that needs repairing!
I called last Thursday and was told they’d call me back once they finished with other customers. They never did. If respecting your time matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend this place. While their prices seem reasonable for the area, other shops—like iFix and Repair—will match those prices and actually complete the job in about 30 minutes. Failing to return a simple phone call shows a lack of basic professionalism and effort
