They'll leave you high and dry This is the worst rental facility. On 6/8/16 we rented 2 tents, 60 chairs and 6 tables for a 4th of July Beer Garden in downtown Eagle Point. They were confirmed and all supposed to delivered on 7/1 between 9 and 2 pm. At 4 pm they called and said "they just received our order and since it was on Monday, they 'couldn't possibly fulfill it.'" I called back, and reminded Pam that we had confirmed our order -- she said, 'Oh yes, but we were just taking the tents out to get them ready for you, and ... read more
