I have used their service for a few years. They are great to work with.
If you can ever figure out when they're going to be open you might be able to get some service when you're there. If you can read a basic test strip from Walmart then you can maintain your pool on your own. You don't need these people and you can get the products and supplies at a fraction of the price at Lowe's or Walmart.
