I stopped going to the gym for a few years after decades of gym memberships. Then I noticed aches and pains..tight spots here and there and suddenly I couldn't get on my bike?? Time for help! I met with Jasmine, one of the owners. She identified my problems and worked with me until my acute problems were solved. She quickly figured out that a few injuries had taken a toll. Very nice, clean place, "serene" as someone else observed. People of all ages, respectful laid back environment. I have trained with Diane and she was fantastic, kept me on a pace that allowed for progress without pain. She knows her stuff and is very animated and encouraging. Now working out on my own, but in the future I plan to re-up with her. First gym I've joined in years. It's quiet and convenient, and helping me rehabilitate my left knee that was really suffering from neglect. Use it or lose it!

Great, well equipped gym. Specializes in forty plus folks, however I see people of all ages at the gym. Not too busy, easy to get time at whatever station you need. The personal trainers are excellent, especially Jasmine the owner, who is working with me. I'm recovering from a major back surgery and she has been far more beneficial to me than the physical therapy was. Couldn't recommend this place more.
