I would highly recommend this company. Ran into a few delays getting my building permit, however, communication with the office was excellent and response time was on point. Working with Kelly was a breeze. She was very responsive and knowledgeable and bottom line- They got the job done!
BEWARE OF BACKYARD MASTERS AND PERMITS 247! I inquired about a semi inground pool and Backyard Masters sent their expediter (formerly All in One now Permits 247) to my home to talk about options. He said he would work on the pool permit with the town and I gave him a retainer payment. He has since taken my money and ghosted me.
