extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop and strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere. Bait-and-Switch Pricing: They provide one quote before starting the work, but when you arrive to pick up your vehicle, the final price is suddenly doubled without prior approval. They make up rules and prices as they go. If you can’t pass inspection they will let you pay them extra to pass you. The trick is they pick and choose and they will keep your money if they decide they don’t want to. They have passed plenty of people. That’s why I was referred to them. I inquired about it and was nervous and felt pressured into doing it and they kept my money. Shop needs to be closed
DO NOT take your car here! Very unethical and unprofessional! Charged my daughter $3100 to fix her transmission, then added over $1000 more in bogus charges when we went to pick up the car even after it took them almost two months to fix it! I highly don't recommend!
Went in to get my brakes and car checked. They didn’t check anything and didn’t install brake pad correctly. Now it’s causing more issues and I need to go somewhere else to fix their crappy job. Also they love to rip you off. Don’t recommend. I also went in to complain and the guy took it for a test drive and admitted there was something else wrong but didn’t say anything when I initially went in and asked. How do you complete a job and not test or check it immediately after?!
