Beware - Made appointment to check out dishwasher. Was told they would come by between 8 - 12. They never showed or called.
I called to have my washer repaired and they sent a technician that afternoon. A part was ordered I was told it would take 7-10 day s. Part arrived in 3 and I was up and washing by the weekend. Technician was knowledgeable and polite. I paid a reasonable amount I would call them back again and would recommend to friends or family.
They kept my washer for six weeks. Always had an excuse as to why it wasn t ready. I only went to them because Maytag said I could only use their certified repairman to have work covered under warranty. It was a nightmare. Staff was rude and even Maytag couldn t do anything to help. Never, never go to this place----unless you like headaches and living for weeks without your appliance.
They kept my pressure washer for so many months I almost forgot I had one. The person that was supposed to fix it was never there, so all I could do was leave messages. They never got back to me even after I left tons of messages. I had to call the BBB just to try to get my pressure washer back. It was only after contacting the BBB that I got results. If you want about 6 months of waiting for your item to get repaired and endless excuses like I did, this is the place for you.
