Everyone here is awesome! Great trainers and the class sizes make it feel like personal training.
I started training with JD Durso in November of 2011 when he owned Durso Boxing. I have never had a better trainer or gotten better results. The best part is I had fun doing it. Now he owns Amenzone DC Ranch and I like it even better. I love the non-traditional workouts. It makes time go by fast and you have fun doing it. I recommend Amenzone DC Ranch to everyone I know. The whole team is top notch!
I was looking for a new workout routine to shake things up. My traditional gym just wasn't getting me the results I wanted. After a little research, I discovered Amenzone DC Ranch. The crossfit-like classes and boxing sounded perfect. The minute I walked in the door, I was greeted and welcomed by the owners, JD and Amy, and coach Jack. In May of 2013 I started working out with JD and Amy, I was 130 pounds and could only do 10 push-ups till failure. It’s now October 2014, I weigh 140 pounds and have reached 62 pushups till failure. My strength and balance is unparalleled to before. Running, biking, Rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding and wakeboarding have all become a breeze.
