I went to get a car wash on Friday after work, (1-2-2026) waited for 20 minutes as others were ahead of me. It was my turn, I paid and waited for the lady ahead of me to Finnish with her wash and exit. She finished and left and then the door would not open for me to enter and the light that tells you to stop or enter went off. So now I have paid for a car wash I never got. Also tried to call the number on the building and it’s no longer in service. Y'all need to update your phone number for better customer service.
I just paid 20.00 for a do it yourself wash. I have an equinox and it took probably 10 min. To wash and rinse my car. That’s outrageous! I tried to call and discuss the charge but the number is “No longer In service” the drive thru is 12.00 why oh why was my card charged double that for me to do it myself. Dissatisfied customer. Great small town car wash , recently updated vacuums, wish they would offer a air freshener vending machine but dollar store is just down the road .
Decent cost easy to use needs part of the driveway leveled out between the values and wash vays its got a pavement misalignment in height so there is a bump
