Most unqualified garage ever. Paid to get an oil leak fixed charged me £250 didn’t even fix the issue when rashid the owner was 100% sure it was fixed. Asked for a refund he said No very rudely & makes thing even more worse the leak come back much worse. AVOID & read reviews before booking!

I went to this shop for an oil change. They changed my car oil but charged me £100, which I found very expensive. The oil costs £30, the filter £9, and labour £40 — that’s around £80 total. When I asked, they said the extra £20 was for VAT. Overall, too costly for a simple oil change. Not recommended for another customer.

Very disappointing experience. I visited All in 1 MOT Ltd in Newport, and it was clear they tried to overcharge and take advantage of me. I’m glad I checked other opinions online before agreeing to anything — many people had the same experience. I just want to warn others to be very careful before using this garage. Honesty and trust are the most important things, and unfortunately this place does not show either.

Extremely Disappointed – Felt Misled and Overcharged I booked a full service online with this garage for £96.57, and at first, things seemed fine. A staff member came to collect my car from my home, which was convenient. However, later that day, I received a call saying there was water content in the engine and that it needed to be cleaned — for an additional £356. I trusted their judgment and paid the extra amount.
