Friend purchased Groupon for me in December and doesn't expire until 4/15/18. Had appointment scheduled for 10:00am this morning and nobody showed up. I called them and nobody answered. I texted them and they said they were not taking any appointments today as they had "truck problems." Seems to be a common excuse. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know and they said sorry. Horrible company. Called and received refund. Do not use!
I purchased a Groupon for this company A MONTH ago and have been trying to reach them for WEEKS.. they DO NOT answer and their voicemail box is full. Someone once answered and hung up on me immediately. I reported them to Groupon. Update- they responded to this review, below, saying they “had truck issues” but a few weeks ago someone messaged my mom on Facebook and said that they were no longer in business because it wasn’t something they “want to do anymore”. Regular customer and I always had a good experience with this company and team members are always friendly and polite. Never had an issue with there services or crew. They treated my brand new car with dealership quality care and results. Car is spotless and shining. Wheels polished interior is vacuumed thoroughly removing all the dirt and stuff the attention to the windows dash doors mirrors etc. Really is impressive and the price is amazing too. That kinda sparkle turns heads.
1 star is too many! This place is a joke! made 3 different appointments because no one ever showed up! Every time you call you get sent straight to voicemail with a mailbox full! someone get this place off groupon!! this guy is high or something
