We love our new pergola!!! Efraín was referred to us by our neighbors after we saw some work he had done. We were able to schedule him to build a pergola- from a photo off of Pinterest. He was able to build it very similar to the photo, yet with small suggested improvements. The quality cedar and hardware he selected were high quality and attractive. The total cost was the same as his estimate- there were no surprises. We are so pleased with the finished product and will definitely be hiring him again for more projects.

Efrain is fantastic! Reliable, timely, kind and great work. I had a fire and he replaced / repaired everything: roof, flooring, windows, exterior siding, doors, dry wall and so on. Beautiful job. He truly cares about the project and is meticulous. No need to watch over Efrain, he does it right.The best experience I have had with a contractor.

Efrain did an amazing job at installing an egress window in my 1940s home. He is very punctual and kept an open line of communication throughout the entire project. He also did a great job at cleaning up after the project was complete. I would highly recommend Efrain!

Efrain is incredibly professional and excellent at what he does. It is rare to find a contractor who commits to a time, schedule and bid and actually sticks to it, but Efrain does just that. If he says he will come at a set time, he will be there on time and ready to get to work. We hired Efrain to repaint the entire interior of our home after another company completely botched the job, both in paint and drywall/crack repairs. Efrain is a master at his craft.
