Not sure if Adrian is the actual business owner, but if this is how you run your business, good luck — it's extremely unprofessional and arrogant. This person bought a bonnet protector from our company and resold it to his customer at a marked-up price. However, he seems to have had a dispute with his local Aramex courier. Somehow, he turned around and blamed us for it. If you're really that capable, why not call the courier driver directly instead of avoiding the phone? He didn’t even have the courage to make a simple call.... read more
