We had a broken main sewer line. We called multiple plumbing companies. All Hours was the only company that got to us right away, took the time to explain everything to us and was upfront with their prices. They were efficient, professional, and had excellent customer service skills. They were also very kind and sympathetic to our situation. Everything that was not supposed to happen, happened. HOLY, do your homework before bitting any bullet! If they say something is wrong, ask what part and the name of it and do a quick google search before saying yes. We called for a tune up for our furnace, everything is working fine just preventative maintenance. The technician pulled out our ignition sensor as well as the hot surface igniter and told us it would be ~$850 to replace. Literally Grainger has that part for $25-75 for both. Brad was amazing to work with! Excellent communicator, timely and detailed in his work. We had serval small projects that we completed efficiently. We will be using Brad for any future plumbing needs and recommending him to friends and family!
