We recently moved to NC in April. This week we had an issue with our AC. Our neighbor used another service but was not happy with the service so I went to Google and found All Hours Heating and AC in our area with five star reviews. I called them after 6 pm and got the owner on the phone immediately. He was able to schedule "Gary" to come out the next day at 8 am! Okay, off to a good start. Gary, Skyler, Joel, and Kaley went above and beyond to ensure our AC fix went perfectly. They were able to quickly diagnose why our system was freezing over. They did a great job replacing both the leaking coil & valve. The new coil was an updated part that differed from the coil we previously had in the system. The team ensured pressures and cooling was up to par, making a few adjustments to fan speeds and filter type along the way.
