The service that I received was the same as if it was a family member. They were more concerned about getting the AC fixed than the cost of the parts. Then when it came to the cost of the parts they showed us the defective part and told us the price and that it was a better grade of part and would last longer because of the weather conditions that we have in NC. Again, it felt like a family member was taking care of you.
Amazing fast, curious and quick repair of our AC in 100 degree temps when it stopped working. Responsive on a Sunday! We signed up for routine maintenance with them to prevent future issues.
