We woke up this morning (a Saturday in late July) to discover that our HVAC unit had stopped working overnight. After I fumbled about for a couple hours checking whatever youtube recommended, my pregnant wife called All Hours (and thank God she did). All Hours answered the phone immediately and had a specialist (Joel) in route within the hour (again, on a Saturday)! Joel is an absolutely amazing guy and came out on a Saturday after I got home and had no AC. Beyond professional, knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what had happened to me. Extremely fair in pricing and very polite and personable. I have saved his number and will not hesitate to call again should I need anything HVAC related! I will definitely be referring him to friends in the area!
