I was going to do the rear brakes on my vehicle but due to an electronic parking break, I was not able to do them at home. I had the parts but no way to get them installed. I called around and no shop was willing to use parts I had already bought. I called Jim and he had no problem using the parts I already had and knew exactly the trouble I ran into with the parking brake. I took it in at 9:30 and it was done by 12:30 on the same day. Price was also very reasonable. I really appreciate them getting me out of a pinch.
We were on vacation and only in the area for a few days. We were towing a travel trailer and the steering was unstable. I ordered suspension assist bump stops, had them shipped to All Around, and they squeezed it into the schedule while we waited in comfortable chairs in the lobby. Great service, friendly owner.
