DO NOT ever hire this Company to repair anything. He is also under the business name “DTL hot tub repairs”. Daniel came and pretended he knew what he was doing. Said he needed to Order parts and would be back as soon as they came in. I have tried multiple ways of getting a hold of him…No reply. Daniel took my money and has ghosted me ever since!
DO NOT do business with this company. Daniel will take your money and never provide your product. Daniel took a cheque from us in October 2023 and was to order us a new hot tub cover. It was supposed to be in within 6 weeks. After not hearing from him two months later, we attempted to contact him with no response. After weeks of voicemails and text messages, he finally replied saying it would be 3 weeks longer. Three weeks passed and still nothing from Daniel. We attempted to contact him again with no results. AVOID this company. I asked Daniel to install a new hot tub cover at my house. I gave him $1000 to order and install it. That was 6 months ago. At the beginning he replied to my texts and said that there was a delay with the manufacturer, but after a few months he ran out of lies he started ghosting me.
Daniel was amazing!! Our hot tub motor died afternoon of Dec 21st and he checked it in the evening on the same day. Offered to put a temp motor in while finding the pump we needed, because of the cold weather and had a new motor pump installed and working by the 23rd. He saved our hot tub from being frozen and destroyed. With such short notice not only did he deliver and get what we needed on a very tight window before Christmas, his communication was amazing and put us at ease.
