I can't recommend Mo and All Home Appliances enough! Over the years, Mo has fixed several of my appliances, and he's consistently fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly don't make appliances like they used to, so we're incredibly fortunate to have someone like Mo who can seemingly fix anything. He saved me and my dryer once again today, and I appreciate his expertise greatly. If you need an appliance repaired, Mo is definitely the person to call!
Anyone that has anything bad to say about Mo and All Home Appliances has a SCREW LOOSE!!! I have honestly never experienced better customer service. Mo came out to my house when it was over 100 degrees. He got my air conditioner working within a couple hours. This was after two other companies came out and said my air conditioner couldn’t be fixed. I highly recommend Mo and All Home Appliances. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else!
Amazing and reliable company, had a fridge stop working on us and they were able to come out within a day and get it back up and running. A few weeks later we had a washing machine that had a draining issue and again were here within a day and got it fixed right up. Prices are best around and provided amazing customer service. Horrible service ,after one week waiting for mokhtar to come and fix my unit because he was complaining about going to the roof or working weekends ( which he wants to be with his family )he came one week later . he came twice to fix the unit , first time after one week he took all freon out and blow a smoke to our apartment and the Ac stop cooling the whole apartment smelled very bad, before he touch the unit, we had air after the mess he did the unit went up to 79 degree no cool air , he convince me after several hours the... read more
