Great experience all around, my furnace went out this morning. They were able to send somebody out today and assess it.. Everyone has been super kind and helpful from the original call into dispatch to working with the tech on site.

Hunter was here today to do my semi annual maintenance checkup. As usual, great job! Hunter explained that I am in need of a part to improve the performance of my furnace. He showed me a video showing the need for the part and provided an estimate for the work! I greatly appreciate that he presented me with the information but did not pressure me into doing the work. John was awesome!! Great personality,just the coolest guy ever! No, I wasn't happy with the price being so high with my fireplace not being able to be fixed or repaired but that was by no way John's fault. The final outcome wasn't great news either but not John's issue either. No matter what when the day is thru I'm stuck with a broken fireplace still and the bill but we did get to meet a fantastic guy named John Lewis who we would have back at any time to do any type of work. He was great!!
