After a maintenance check up of my 13 year old HVAC system, Hermes Martinez provided a quick estimate of the cost of repairing parts of the system vs. replacing the the major heating and cooling components. I had deferred suggestions from previous maintenance evaluations by All Heart. I decided to replace the condenser (AC unit) and the heat exchanger (heating unit), and keep the existing ducting.
