After a maintenance check up of my 13 year old HVAC system, Hermes Martinez provided a quick estimate of the cost of repairing parts of the system vs. replacing the the major heating and cooling components. I had deferred suggestions from previous maintenance evaluations by All Heart. I decided to replace the condenser (AC unit) and the heat exchanger (heating unit), and keep the existing ducting. ALLHEART came out and took care of us the same day. Couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish. Adrian was great!
On what seemed like the coldest night of the year on the weekend, my tenant called in with and in operable furnace. I immediately called All Heart and the CSRs were able to squeeze my tenant in, after a quick replacement of a new blower motor my tenants furnace was up and running! Thank you All Heart for taking care of my properties!
